I can remember when I first started quilting, the binding was the most challenging part for me. When I started quilting 14 years ago, my first quilt didn’t even have a binding, just a lap quilt sandwiched and sewn together. Of course I wanted to figure out how to do an official quilt binding.
As you can imagine, after 14 years of practice, I finally feel like I have quilt binding figured out. So I thought maybe I could share with y’all what I have learned and videos are my favorite way to share. You can start and stop whenever you need to and the teacher never gets tired of repeating herself.
If you have a quilted project that needs some quilt binding and you would like a refresher on how to do it, then this class is for you. If you are a beginner quilter, this class is for you too. Did I mention that it’s free?! Yes, on Skillshare all you have to do is follow the link to the class and you will see a green button that says “Enroll for free.” Skillshare of course would like you to become a member, but you don’t have to. You can just say no. Then click the green button to enroll for free.
And just to give you an idea what the class is about, here is an introduction video. Short and to the point, that’s my style.
